Nancy Buck, Owner, Member ODDAA, SDP

Nancy has always had a love of interior decorating and design. Over the years, her love and appreciation of design, fabric, textiles, paint, and sewing grew as she sharpened her skills decorating her own home and the homes of many friends, neighbors, co-workers and family members.

In 2003, Nancy decided to pursue her passion for decorating as a full-time career.  After successful completion of One-Day Interior Redesign Training with one of the country’s leading redesign experts, JoAnne Lenart-Weary, Nancy launched Ready, Set, Redecorate!

Nancy’s degree in Business Administration and background as a professional fundraiser for several children’s charities has given her a unique perspective on life.  “Working for a charity gave me the chance to meet many incredible people, from all walks of life, both recipients and donors alike.  But the real impact came from knowing that I made a difference, that I had a part in helping someone else achieve their dreams.  I look at one day interior redesign the same way—it gives me the chance to help others achieve that warm, welcoming and harmonious feel that we all want and need with today’s busy lifestyles.  Your home should reflect your personality and taste, not a designer’s.  That’s why the concept of redesign works so well—we take your existing furnishings, precious treasures and heirlooms and creatively rearrange them in a way that honors those things that are precious to you.  The result is a warm, inviting and functional space for your family.  You know you’re successful when you walk in the door and you realize you’re no longer in just a H-O-U-S-E, you’re in a HOME!”
